Muscle & Strength
My Journey in Weightlifting
I’ve been passionate about lifting weights for over
25 years, and it remains one of my strongest
passions. Throughout the years, I've continually
sought to expand my knowledge, keeping up with
the latest fitness courses and integrating new
theories and exercises into my practice. This
commitment helps me not only improve my own
strength but also allows me to better support
others in their fitness journeys.
I prioritize safety and adaptability in every training
program. Whether it's adjusting routines for injury
recovery, accommodating the needs of seniors, or
tailoring programs for individuals at any fitness
level, I am dedicated to ensuring that everyone
can train effectively and safely.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold a
Weight Training Instructor Certification from CFES
(Canadian Fitness Education Services), which
further enhances my ability to provide
knowledgeable guidance to others on their fitness
path
GOOD VIBES
It’s Not Life if it’s Not Fun!
At FemPowerSource, we celebrate a vibrant mix
of knowledge, fun, and positive energy! I get
excited every time I have the chance to help
others feel their best through physical activity,
play, training, drumming, and the power of
rhythm. It’s a true honor for me to help women
tap into their strength and empowerment
through movement, music, and good vibrations.
We all experience stressful moments in life,
where we might feel anxious or off track. I know
I have, too. But over the years, I’ve learned that
staying active, playing, listening to music, and
surrounding myself with positive energy can
make all the difference. These things don’t just
lift my spirits—they completely transform my
energy and outlook on life.
GROUP MUSIC
Drum Circles
My drumming circles are a unique gathering
where women come together to create music
using drums and various percussion instruments.
The magic of these circles lies in the
spontaneous music we create as a group. As the
circle progresses, participants use their listening
and playing skills to collaborate and form a
shared rhythm and energy.
I will guide the group through the basics of hand
drumming, teaching foundational beats and
tones, and we’ll practice melodies and rhythms
that everyone can follow. From there, the circle
will flow into a more open and free-form
drumming session, where everyone has the
chance to contribute and explore their creativity.
In our sessions, we’ll use a variety of
instruments, including djembes, bongos,
shakers, tambourines, and maracas—each
adding its own unique sound to the rhythm of the
circle.
